Statutory Care Guarantee

Primary health care (health centre and oral health care)
Health centre activities are organized in such a way that the residents of the municipality/patients can get in contact with a health centre immediately on weekdays during office hours (from 8.00 a.m. to 3 p.m.).

A health care professional must make an assessment of the need for care no later than three working days after the patient has contacted the health centre if the assessment could not have been made during the first contact.

Urgent care will be provided within the same day. Non-urgent medical care will be provided within 3 months.
For oral health care, dental health care will be provided within a reasonable time, but no later than within 6 months.

Fees and Maximum Payment Limit
