The city's Customer Service Point provides general advice related to the city's operations. The Customer Service also assists the Register Office in customer service tasks.
The city's telephone exchange provides guidance and directs calls to people who know more about the issue in question.
A guest computer is also available for use at the Customer Service Point. It can be used only for handling government-related issues (state, municipality).
The Customer Service Point is located in the City Hall lobby, and it is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Customer service for administrative issues (presentation of minutes, information on the processing stages of pending issues and decisions) is provided by the Case Management Centre, located on the City Hall's third floor.
