Rules

The entrance fee is 50 euros.

Every competitor takes part in the competition at his/her own risk and agrees not to present the organizers of the competition with any claims. This will be confirmed by signing the entrance form personally.

Taking part in the competition under the influence of alcohol as well as other drugs is absolutely forbidden. The use of these substances is also forbidden during the competition event.

Before going to the sauna the competitors will have to wash up in the facilities provided by the organizers.

The competitor must wear normal swimsuit. In men´s swimsuit the length of the trouser leg must be under 200 millimeters (measured from the middle seam of the trousers). The width of the women´s swimsuits sleeves must be under 50 millimeters and there can be no collars in the swimsuits. The organizer gives more detailed directions about the lenght of the swimsuits sleeves (women) and trouser legs (women and men). If the competitor´s suit isn´t by these rules the organizer can demand the competitor to change the suit before the first competition or deny the competitor´s participation.

No additional equipment is allowed in the sauna.

Drawing lots will set the seating.

The competitors will have to sit in the sauna with buttocks and thighs on the seat. Posture must be erect; forearms must stay on the knees and arms have to be in an upright position. Touching skin with hand is forbidden.

Disturbing the other competitors in the sauna in any way is strictly forbidden.

The organizers will take care of the steam (=throwing water on the stove); temperature is about 110ºC, in every 30 seconds approximately half a liter of water will be thrown on the stove.

Competitor leaving his/her seat will determine the final position in the competition. The last person in the sauna is the winner. The competitor will have to leave the sauna without outside help, Otherwise the competitor will be disqualified. Organizers make sure that every competitor can come out from sauna safely.

The organizers reserve the right to disqualify a competitor or interrupt the competition if a competitor does not obey the given rules. Organizers can give one warning (yeallow card) and if competitor still after a warning does not obey the rules the competitor can be disqualified (red card).

The organizer has the right to make changes and updatings to the rules.

Organizer make the final jury-decisions to wich there´s no right to make complainings.

Competition scheme: preliminary rounds - qualifying rounds - semifinals - finals.
